Direct access
As well as your usual log in route, in England you can now directly access national Map of Medicine care maps using Map of Medicine Direct Access.
By logging in using Athens, clinicians can access the locally-adapted care maps that reflect local service design decisions.
Commissioners can customise the maps to devise new and improve patient pathways in their community. The resulting local care maps are the ideal starting point to define and communicate services to improve quality and productivity. Locally-adapted pathways on the Map are visible across organisations, allowing local innovation to be shared quickly and establishing a benchmark for the clinical practice expected of providers.
Viewing from outside of the UK? Licensing restricts viewing to a sample of 20 pathways.
